I consider myself to be a film nut. I fell in love with movies ever since i was a little kid. What this guy did inspired me to be more creative with my life. This Latin American dude made a special effects short film for chump change. He got picked up by Sam Raimi’s company in the tune of $30 million.

As promised, a Super Bowl preview. This Gaucho fancies himself a gambler. I’ve been pretty successful over the years in all sports, especially college football. The Super Bowl, though, has always vexed me, so you might want to fade me here.
The Colts and Saints have been the two best teams in the NFL all season. All things being equal I would rather take the points than lay em. The main reason I like the Saints here is Peyton Manning. Now, you might think this is ludricious, Peyton Manning should be the reason the Colts win and cover. As you will come to learn, this Gaucho is a born contrarian.
I firmly believe that Peyton will throw the ball to the other team at least twice, and Brees and company will take advantage of Manning’s Miscues and win by at least 8 points. Peyton has thrown a shit load of picks this year, and although he has been clutch throughout, I think the Saints’ D is solid and opportunistic. Sedrick Ellis will get a huge push up the middle and Mssr. Jabari Greer and Darren Sharper will take advantage of a couple of errant throws.
Offensively, the Saints possess weapons up the ass. Reggie will have at least 10 touches and 120+ total yards and 1 TD. Bush will come up huge this week. Brees will hookup with Colston, Shockey, and Meachem will be huge. Freeney is expected to play limited snaps so this will hurt Indy as it will allow Brees time to find his weaps.
35-24 Saints…. Take the points and hide!!!

Islate ipad itablet announcement tomorrow!

I don’t know what they are going to call it, but one thing is for sure, Apple is going to come out with a tablet device. Turns out that book publishers are not as secretive as Apple would like them to be. I am a bit of a techno geek. If it is new and shinny, i have to have it. Even if i can’t think up a good use for it, i’ll still buy it. The only question is the price. If Apple decides to go under $600 for the tablet, i’ll buy. If its more then $700, i’ll most likely pass.
I am still in the process of developing my killer iphone app. Maybe i should start new with the ipad sdk. Can’t wait until tomorrow for the unveiling.
